I'm intentionally ignoring std deviation for now, but these numbers are all specific to your server.
The mean price is your average price of those items. Median price is price of the midpoint item in the list of available items. Current price, should be the buyout price of the cheapest matching item. That Available Quantity is the number of matching items on the AH right now. The first four numbers when I do that look like this. When you search a specific item such as "raider's cutlass of the fireflash" it's going to display several numbers on the left side of the page. If anyone notices me getting any of this wrong please leave a comment correcting me.
